STOCK AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
- We meet with your procurement unit, discuss and analyse data based on past volumes and prices obtainable for LPO based annual production orders.
- Our team in partnership with your organisation creates a demand and supply timetable, capturing all your paper and stationery needs for entire year. We also analyse cost effectiveness of large volumes, showing you money saved on the spot as we compare previous cost on LPO basis to current on annual contract basis
- We draw up a contract for supply, signed off by all stakeholders leaving open windows for anticipated increase in volumes (with reasonable notice timelines)
- Production commences in batches.
We are fully equipped to warehouse customers’ stocks in depots nationwide when required. We can also deliver specific items to any location within the nation and to selected countries in West Africa.
We partner you in obtaining a year round cost effective and seamless stock management operation by simply pre-producing your agreed bulk requirements and supplying finished goods in batches in just a matter of days! This helps to do the following:
- Save cost from over or under-stocking. Also bulk production affords economies of scale advantage.
- Save time/productive man hour from frequent and lengthy stock ordering process.
